By subscribing to the Newsletter (also known as Pineapples in a Can), placing an order or simply contacting us, you provide us with your data, and we guarantee that your data will remain confidential and secure. We only share personal data provided to us with other parties (recipients within the meaning of Article 4(9) of the DPA) if this is necessary for the proper performance of the services we provide. These may primarily be our employees who process your order, the service provider of the mailing system used to run our Newsletter, as well as courier companies or postal operators. To comply with the accounting obligations imposed by law, our company also uses a professional tax advisor.

The Publishing House Moc Media has not appointed a Personal Data Protection Inspector, so all duties related to personal data protection are performed personally by the data controller.
The purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing of personal data are indicated separately for each purpose of data processing (see provisions below for a detailed description of the various purposes of data processing).
In connection with our processing of your data, you have the following rights:
- the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten) or restriction of processing;
- The right to object to the processing;
- The right to data portability;
- The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for a specific purpose if you have previously given your consent;
- The right to complain to a supervisory authority.
You may exercise the above rights by the principles described in Articles 16 – 21 of the DPA.

Via the website, you can subscribe to our Newsletter containing information about news, promotions, products and services related to our online activities. We only require your e-mail address for sending the Newsletter. The legal basis for the processing of your data for the Newsletter is your consent given by ticking the checkbox when you subscribe to the Newsletter. You can withdraw such consent at any time by unsubscribing from the Newsletter. Your data will be processed for the duration of the Newsletter unless you unsubscribe from the Newsletter, which will result in the immediate deletion of your data from the database.
Email contact:
When contacting us by e-mail, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender of the message. In addition, you may also include other personal data in the content of the message. The legal basis for the processing of personal data, in this case, is your consent resulting from the initiation of contact with us. Your data provided to us in the course of the e-mail contact is processed exclusively to handle your request. The content of the correspondence may be subject to archiving.
